Though my automotive loyalties lie with Subaru, no company maintains motorsport enthusiasm like Nissan. Every year Fuji International Raceway is host to the Nismo Festival; a potpourri of stock cars, Nismo tuning beasts, JGTC terrors, and all out GT art. Unmistakably unique, top end driving talent mixes with fans in a completely open setting, somewhere between a show and a meet. Also unmistakable are the market areas, where individuals can buy not just their favorite magazines, but actual parts from various race cars. These range from the absurd aero of JGTC, to center lock wheels, to one-off titanium hard parts and turbos. Even more surprising are the more than reasonable prices these parts are offered at. Below is a fairly extensive gallery of the event from Speedhunters.
